NOTE:
Every leader that hates the truth has his roots in the devil as seen from our text. No matter what you say and how you think in any leadership system, the truth will always stand firm. Lies can be told because of frustrations or insecurity, but the truth remains that no excuse justifies lies, at least where God is concerned. The thing about lying in leadership is that as a spirit, its operation is not time bound, so it can happen randomly within every hour, minute and seconds in our work environment. Therefore it needs to be properly looked out for and addressed if noticed to ensure it doesn’t run down the leadership system.
Let’s look at kinds of lies
White lies: White lies are regarded as the least of all the kinds of lies because they seem non-offensive! They are everyday lies people tell in order to be seen as being tactful, polite or not seen as burdening an individual with the weight of the truth. The major problem with white lies is that over time the white Liar loses credibility and is dismissed as a joker.

And while this may all seem fairly innocuous, those white lies can add up—and also make you more prone to fire off larger lies down the line. When, minor untruths go without consequence, our brains are more likely to believe that major untruths will go over just as well. Needless to say, they often don’t.
