NOTE:
Most times, at the very beginning, members do not possess all the required skill set required to excel and outperform themselves. It is not a time to throw them out and look for already polished individuals rather; it is the time to invest in training them. Major corporations all over the world today invest heavily in training their teams to become exceptionally good at what they do. People are dedicated to teams that invest in their individual growth. If you properly invest in your team, they will fight to stay with you and help you accomplish your dreams and aspirations. To build a unified and transformational team, you must invest in training them.
ILLUSTRATION:
Jesus called his disciples first to be with him before taking on any major assignment Mark 3:14. We all know what that period of staying with him was for. Jesus knew without training you can’t blame them. You can’t send complete novices out and experience a professional result. The transformation we see all over the world today is a result of those periods of training He had with his disciples.
