CREATING A NEW BEGINNING – TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

SCRIPTURE: For every man shall bear his own burden.” (Gal. 6:5 KJV)

QUOTE: “If I Succeed, it is my fault, and if I fail, it is my fault.” – Frederick KC Price

NOTE:

Creating a new beginning places responsibility on you, the responsibility of freeing yourself from the past and taking steps to achieving something better than your previous achievements or records. A leader must be deliberate by ensuring he or she engages the process of sincere appraisal and evaluation of the previous season and readiness to make necessary amends and improvements for a new season.

Until a leader takes responsibility for his/her life, he/she will keep making excuses and looking for everything or everyone to blame. As a leader, know that every new season should be an improving on the previous and for the improvement to be effective and consistent, action steps must be activated that will enable you reach your goals or target easily.

ILLUSTRATION:

The essence of accepting responsibility is a choice, but if the right choices are taken it will produce a fulfilling and satisfying outcomes. To whom much is given, much is demanded; that’s to say, as you become more responsible, more ideas, visions, projects and more work gravitate towards you.

REFLECTION:

Ask yourself, “what is the rate of my productivity, how much work can I do.?”
